勇士希望留住库明加，但他们不愿意给这位年轻锋线提供一份顶薪合同，其新秀合同进入最后一年，薪资是764万美元。
2023-24赛季，库明加为勇士出战了74场常规赛，场均上阵26.3分钟可以拿下16.1分4.8篮板2.2助攻。
